Jimmy Davis, PhD, is the founder and CEO of Blacksmith Impact Partners and a leading industrial/organizational psychologist specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and talent strategy. He is known for helping senior leaders and executive teams deepen self-awareness, elevate performance, and build organizations where people and results thrive together.

Jimmy Davis, PhD, is the founder and CEO of Blacksmith Impact Partners and a leading industrial/organizational psychologist specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and talent strategy. He is known for helping senior leaders and executive teams deepen self-awareness, elevate performance, and build organizations where people and results thrive together.

For more than two decades, Jimmy has advised Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 companies and mission driven organizations across sectors including retail, consumer packaged goods, financial services, healthcare, transportation, insurance, energy, and media and entertainment. His work spans enterprise wide leadership frameworks, high-potential and executive development, succession planning, and culture-focused interventions that strengthen leadership benches and drive business outcomes.

Jimmy’s coaching is direct, compassionate, and grounded in science. He helps executives see the broader system they lead, connect their daily behavior to their deepest values, and lead in ways that positively shape their people, organizations, and communities. Representative engagements include: assessing and coaching senior leaders to support a Fortune 50 CPG organization through a major structural transformation; designing a comprehensive senior-leader development strategy for a Fortune 100 healthcare company; and coaching senior leaders at a Fortune 50 bank to increase leadership depth, inclusion, and effectiveness.

Before founding Blacksmith Impact Partners, Jimmy was a lead consultant in job analysis and selection, and he has held roles as an executive coach, organizational consultant, and business leadership associate. In parallel with his consulting career, he has taught industrial/organizational psychology, leadership, organizational behavior, and business strategy as an assistant and adjunct professor at institutions such as Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Spelman College, New York University, and Baruch College.

Jimmy is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Southeastern Psychological Association, and the Association of Black Psychologists. Deeply committed to expanding

opportunity, he serves on the board of Create Your Dreams, a youth-development program supporting students from underserved communities. His work often centers on bringing high-quality leadership and talent practices to communities and organizations that have historically been overlooked or under resourced.

Jimmy holds a PhD and MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia and a BA in Psychology from Morehouse College. He holds certifications in holds certifications in Prosci Change Management, Hogan, DiSC, and the Leadership Circle Profile. When he is not working with leaders and teams, you can find him on the golf course, with a good book in hand, or spending time with his family

Dannielle Hawk PCC

Dannielle Hawk, PCC is an advisor to leaders who are in the process of transforming themselves and their organizations. She is passionate about helping leaders create inclusive team cultures that attract high performers. Along with her insightful coaching and analytical skills, Dannielle brings an intentional ear for listening. She believes that hearing not only what is being said but also what may be left unsaid is key to coaching and assessing leaders.

Along with her insightful coaching and analytical skills, Dannielle brings an intentional ear for listening. Dannielle is adept at understanding of the scope and complexity of responsibilities that leaders in high caliber corporations are tasked with. She applies a big-picture lens to every project she works on, enabling her clients to expand their capabilities while gaining an in depth understanding of their company’s employee experience. She helps leaders shape the culture of their organizations, which she finds extremely rewarding. Dannielle has over 15 years of professional experience, which includes expertise in the areas of organizational development, strategic change and leadership development. She started her professional career in the San Francisco Bay Area with Gap, Incorporated, where she served as the program manager of a global leadership development program. She spent several years supporting human capital transformation projects as a consultant with IBM and Booz Allen Hamilton. Dannielle has also worked as an internal consultant with Marriott International, where she provided organization design expertise and created change management strategies. Her industry experience spans hospitality, tech, utilities, federal government, tele-communications and retail. Dannielle holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is a graduate of New Ventures West, and holds a PCC-level certification with the International Coach Federation. Dannielle is also certified in a variety of workstyle and leadership assessment tools like Hogan, DiSC, Birkman and Leadership Circle Profile. Originally from San Diego, California, she lives in the Washington, DC metro area. When she’s not working, Dannielle can be found watching indie films and documentaries or reading historical fiction.
