Education

Education is at the heart of Blacksmith Impact Partners’ mission. For our founder, Dr. Jimmy Davis, this work is deeply personal. As someone whose life was transformed by public schools, independent schools, and higher education, he understands firsthand how powerful great educators and staff can be in shaping opportunity and outcomes.

We believe educational institutions—K–12 (public, charter, and independent), colleges, and universities—carry one of the most important responsibilities in society. Our role is to help them attract, grow, and sustain the adults who make that mission real every day.
